Welcome to unit ITTE0215: Locate and troubleshoot IT equipment, system and software faults

This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to troubleshoot problems and apply systematic processes to fault finding across a wide range of information and communications technology (ICT) disciplines.

In particular IT participants will acquire skills in the needs to apply a systematic approach to finding faults, troubleshooting problems and solving issues in a wide range of ICT-related areas.
