In the workplace, computer technicians or hardware engineers maintain the hardware equipment of computers. This unit is about selecting, installing and configuring internal hardware components such as memory, hard drives, processors and motherboards. We will look at how to determine components to suit the client’s requirements and instruct the client in the new component’s correct usage.
